Our pieces are handcrafted and often customized. Reference images serve as inspiration, and slight variations in florals, colors, or design may naturally occur due to seasonal availability and artistic interpretation.
All orders require full payment upon confirmation. Orders are secured only once payment has been successfully received.
Because our creations are made-to-order and often perishable, changes or cancellations may not be accommodated once production has begun.
Flowers and balloons are time-sensitive by nature. Concerns regarding quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic documentation.
In consideration of the customized and perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are not standard practice. Should an item arrive significantly inconsistent with agreed specifications or damaged due to our error, we will review the concern and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.
We are committed to fair, respectful, and transparent service in accordance with the Philippine Consumer Act (R.A. 7394). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law.
